Your home data stays under your control.
Effective September 8, 2026. This policy covers PropertyOS for iPhone and iPad.
Data collection
PropertyOS does not collect home records, addresses, photos, documents, scans, contacts, advertising identifiers, or tracking data. It sends limited product-interaction events and an Apple-signed app transaction identifier used only to enforce the seven-day access period across reinstalls and the user’s devices.
Seven-day access
The signed Apple identifier is verified, converted into a one-way keyed pseudonym, and associated with only the first-open date, expiration date, environment, and app version. The raw identifier and signed payload are not stored. This is not an Eternity Labs account and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Product analytics
PropertyOS sends limited events such as trial start/day, onboarding completion, successful core actions, paywall views, and verified purchase or restore completion. Random installation and session identifiers are pseudonymized by the server, retained for up to 90 days, and used only to understand activation and subscription conversion. No home content is included.
On-device processing
Properties, local profiles, rooms, equipment, documents, OCR suggestions, searches, timelines, and supported spatial processing are stored or processed on the device. Data remains there until you delete it, erase the app’s data, or restore a backup.
Backups and exports
A backup or export is created only when you request it or enable best-effort external backup. External archives go to the Files folder you choose, which may be provided by Apple or another File Provider. Eternity Labs does not receive those archives.
Apple purchases
Monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions are purchased and managed by Apple. PropertyOS verifies Apple-signed StoreKit transactions to determine access. Eternity Labs does not receive your card number or payment credentials.
System permissions
Camera, selected Photos, Files, Face ID or Touch ID, and notifications are used only for the feature you invoke. You can change permissions in iOS Settings. PropertyOS does not request unrestricted file-system access.
Your choices and contact
You can inspect, export, back up, and delete your local data from the app. Because Eternity Labs does not receive your home record, it cannot retrieve it from its servers. For privacy questions, contact Eternity Labs.
