Jéjé Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Jéjé and your free account across Web, iPhone, and iPad.
Free account required · No subscription · No payment · Apple or Google sign-in
Acceptance and service
By creating an account or using Jéjé, you agree to these terms and the Jéjé Privacy Policy. Jéjé provides learning paths, exercises, review, and progress tools whose availability may vary by platform, language, and content-validation status.
Free account required
A Jéjé account is required to learn and synchronize progress. Account creation is free: no subscription, paid trial, price, or checkout is enabled. You authenticate with Apple or Google and remain responsible for the security of your provider account and the devices where your session is open.
Apple and Google identities
Apple and Google are sign-in methods, not interchangeable Jéjé accounts. Two identities are never merged merely because their email addresses match. Adding another provider to an existing account must be explicitly requested and confirmed through recent authentication.
Adult and child profiles
The adult account holder may create several separate learning profiles, including child profiles. The adult is responsible for the profiles created, their display names, and supervising minors. A child profile is not an independent provider account and must not be used to bypass a legal or security restriction.
Acceptable use
You must use Jéjé personally, lawfully, and respectfully. You may not compromise security, bypass access controls, abuse automation, extract content in bulk, impersonate someone, disrupt the service, or use Jéjé to infringe another person’s rights.
Learning content
Jéjé is a learning tool and does not guarantee a particular proficiency, academic, professional, or administrative outcome. Content may be corrected, expanded, withdrawn, or released progressively after validation. Unvalidated content or material reserved for a private workspace is not part of the public learner service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Jéjé available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, an incident, a security requirement, or temporary content withdrawal may limit access. Features may evolve, subject to not removing a paid right retroactively, as Jéjé currently enables no payment.
Intellectual property
Jéjé, its identity, interface, text, exercises, illustrations, and technical elements are protected by applicable rights. These terms grant only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service. Apple and Google marks and services remain their respective owners’ property.
Suspension, sign-out, and deletion
We may suspend a session or account for a security risk, fraud, abuse, or a serious breach of these terms, subject to protections required by law. You may sign out, revoke another session, and request account deletion in Jéjé; recent provider authentication is then required. Accounts with enhanced administrative protection follow a separate secure process.
Liability, applicable law, and contact
Jéjé is provided within the limits permitted by law and does not replace a teacher, professional translator, or specialist advice. French law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. For any question or difficulty, email support@eternitylabs.fr. These terms exclude no right that cannot legally be waived.
