Jéjé Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Eternity Labs processes the data required for a Jéjé account and synchronized learning across Web, iPhone, and iPad.

Account required · Apple or Google sign-in · No password received · No data sale · No targeted advertising

01

Controller and scope

Eternity Labs, a service operated by Moussa Soulaimana in France, controls Jéjé-specific processing. This policy covers the Jéjé account, its Web, iPhone, and iPad interfaces, and the learning profiles attached to it. Apple and Google separately process the data needed for their authentication services under their own policies.

02

Required account and sign-in providers

Learning requires a free Jéjé account. You choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google. Jéjé never receives your Apple or Google password. The provider sends a signed authentication proof and an account identifier specific to that provider; an email address and name are received only when the provider and your choices make them available.

03

Data received and created

We process a protected form of the provider identifier, the provider used, an email address or name when supplied, sign-in dates, and minimal technical session information. You can create adult or child profiles with a display name, avatar, language, daily goal, and preferences. Jéjé records the progress needed for the service: exercise identifiers, calculated outcomes, XP, bounded active time, completed lessons, and review state. Raw answers, passwords, audio recordings, and speech transcripts are not retained in the Jéjé account by this flow.

04

Purposes and legal bases

This data is used to create and secure your account, restore your session, keep profiles separate, synchronize progress, provide available lessons and review, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and meet our obligations. Processing is based on performing the service you request, Eternity Labs’ legitimate interest in securing and improving the service without advertising profiling, and, where required by law, your consent or a legal obligation.

05

Child profiles

A child profile is created and managed through an adult’s account. The child does not sign in directly with Apple or Google, and Jéjé does not ask for the child’s email address. The adult chooses the display name and controls the profile, its progress, and its deletion. Jéjé does not use child profiles for advertising or targeting.

06

Cookies, sessions, and measurement

The Web service uses a strictly necessary, secure session cookie that browser scripts cannot access. An authentication attempt expires within ten minutes and a Jéjé session within thirty days, unless it is signed out or revoked earlier. On public pages, any audience measurement remains disabled without your choice and is not used for targeted advertising.

07

Recipients and transfers

Data is available only to people and processors who need it to operate, host, secure, or support Jéjé. Apple or Google receives your sign-in request when you choose its button. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards and policies. Eternity Labs does not sell or rent your data and does not share it with advertisers.

08

Retention

Account, profile, and progress data is kept while the account remains active. Sessions expire within thirty days and sign-in attempts within ten minutes. After deletion, direct identifiers, sign-in identities, profiles, and progress are deleted or irreversibly disconnected. A non-directly-identifying random identifier and minimized integrity records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, proof of an operation, or a legal obligation.

09

Account deletion and revocation

You can request account deletion in Jéjé settings. A fresh Apple or Google authentication is required to prevent unauthorized deletion. Deletion revokes sessions and linked access, then removes profiles and synchronized progress. Administratively managed accounts with enhanced protection cannot use self-service deletion and require a secure support process.

10

Your rights

Depending on your situation and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent without retroactive effect. We may request proportionate identity verification. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.

11

Security and contact

Jéjé protects transfers with HTTPS/TLS, does not store provider passwords, protects provider identifiers, limits sessions, and requires recent authentication for sensitive operations. No system can provide absolute security. For privacy questions, email privacy@eternitylabs.fr; for Jéjé support, email support@eternitylabs.fr without sending a password, sign-in code, or child data.
